Sous Chef - New Restaurant Opening | High-Growth, Chef-Driven Concept Location: New Restaurant Opening Compensation: Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits About the Opportunity We're seeking a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef to join the opening leadership team of an exciting new restaurant. This is an outstanding opportunity to help launch a high-volume, chef-driven concept while building your career with a fast-growing brand that believes in developing its people from within. What You'll Do Lead the Kitchen Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations. Lead, coach, and develop Back-of-House team members to build a strong, high-performing culture. Help create an organized, positive, and accountable work environment. Deliver Culinary Excellence Ensure every dish meets the highest standards for quality, consistency, presentation, and execution. Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization. Support a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Drive Operational Success Assist with inventory management, ordering, food cost controls, and labor efficiency. Help execute prep, production, and service to ensure smooth, high-volume operations. Work alongside the Executive Chef to achieve operational and financial goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
