Customer Service Representative IIIWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a top fashion company. This role will serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor across social media platforms, engaging directly with consumers, providing support, and sharing customer insights to help shape brand, product, and content strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with consumers on major social platforms, strong communication skills, and a passion for beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands.Location: RemotePay: $29/hourDuration: 6 months with possible extensionResponsibilities:Serve as a Digital Beauty Advisor across social platforms by proactively and reactively engaging with fans and followers in a timely manner across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Support Le Care public channels, including social, ratings & reviews (R&R), and Q&A, by providing insights, strategic recommendations, and engagement as needed.Attend brand and Care trainings, work sessions, and meetings to stay up to date on social strategies and best practices.Follow Brand and Care-provided social FAQ documents for launches and key social moments.Compose customized responses that clearly address consumer questions and concerns in an easy-to-understand manner.Recognize and recommend new ways to influence consumers in their purchasing decisions.Escalate critical customer complaints to internal Care and Brand teams and assist with problem-solving.Provide social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback and emerging trends.Report insights back to internal teams to help inform product, customer experience, and content creation strategies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.1–2 years of social media engagement experience.Customer service experience preferred.Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms required.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Strong sense of urgency with a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulness, and responsiveness.Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including weekends.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Interest in beauty, fashion, and/or lifestyle brands.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
