Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for Professional Services engagements across a defined portfolio of retail accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders Drive the identification, qualification, and closure of Professional Services opportunities including implementation, advisory, and managed services Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Delivery teams to develop comprehensive services strategies aligned to customer business outcomes Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), project proposals, and services roadmaps tailored to retail industry needs Partner with delivery leadership to ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and on-time/on-budget delivery Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, driving growth in services revenue and deepening the Salesforce footprint Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for resources, prioritization, and solutions that drive customer success Maintain a strong understanding of retail industry trends, challenges, and Salesforce product capabilities to provide relevant, strategic guidance Accurately forecast services pipeline and revenue within assigned territory Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or services sales, with significant experience in the retail industry Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships and exceeding revenue targets Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and how they apply to retail business processes (Commerce, Marketing, Service, Data/AI) Demonstrated ability to develop and present complex services proposals to executive audiences Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating across sales, delivery, and product teams Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific) Experience with agile delivery methodologies Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
