Step into a shop where precision matters and collaboration fuels better parts. As a CNC Precision Machining Specialist, you’ll transform prints into components on multi‑axis equipment—keeping tolerances tight, surfaces clean, and production flowing. You’ll partner with talented teammates to fine‑tune processes and ensure every customer spec is met.

What you'll do

• Set up and run CNC equipment—lathes, mills, and occasional grinding—to manufacture precision parts and cutting tools to spec.
• Decode drawings, blueprints, and technical specs to plan setups and verify features.
• Watch machine performance closely and dial in offsets, tools, and feeds/speeds to sustain quality.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Verify features and dimensions using hand metrology and precision gauges to confirm conformance.
• Work with the team to improve methods, reduce cycle time, and boost throughput.
• Keep the work area orderly and follow safety procedures at all times.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade education or certifications are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC machinist or in a closely related role.
• Fluency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Solid command of CNC programming concepts and hands‑on machine operation.
• Comfort with precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and related gauges.
• Strong attention to detail with practical problem‑solving ability.
• Works independently and collaborates well in a fast‑moving production setting.
