Human Resources Generalist I

People Experience Advisor (PE Advisor)

The PE Advisor manages local HR operations and acts as the primary HR contact for employees and managers when self-service or shared services are not available. The role works closely with the Business Unit (BU) to deliver effective and people-focused HR support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide localized HR support aligned with business unit needs
Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
Support HR processes, policies, and systems , including portal navigation and documentation
Work closely with the BU team to deliver day-to-day HR services
Escalate business queries to the PE Lead and functional issues to shared services (SSC)
Ensure a strong employee experience and continuously improve HR services

Core HR Activities

Onboarding (ongoing employee onboarding support)
Learning & training delivery (local level)
Time & attendance management (especially for plant roles)
Employee query resolution
Hourly recruitment support (where applicable)

Additional Responsibilities (Non-SSC / Plant Environments)

Deliver end-to-end HR operations locally
Provide HR advice and guidance using business understanding
Support and manage employee relations cases
Implement local policies and documentation
Identify service gaps and drive process improvements
Support HR projects and initiatives
