Job Description
The Epoxy Flooring Tech will independently and collaboratively prepare, apply, and finish epoxy flooring solutions at both residential and commercial sites. This role demands proficiency in material mixing, surface preparation, and adherence to safety standards. The technician is expected to occasionally travel locally and effectively use hand tools, floor grinders, and mixers to deliver quality flooring installations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces to ensure proper epoxy adhesion
- Mix epoxy materials accurately according to specifications
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
- Operate hand tools, floor grinders, and mixers efficiently
- Work independently and as part of a small team
- Perform flooring installation at residential and commercial sites
- Travel locally as needed for job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in flooring installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina suitable for manual labor
