Reports to: Manager of Training & Development Location: Candidates must be located in Metro Detroit Michigan area.
POSITION SUMMARY FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:
The primary objective of this position is to assist with identifying, screening, interviewing, submitting, and placing qualified candidates to meet our corporate hiring needs.RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:
Help develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools Match candidates’ strengths with our internal requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Work with Corporate Recruiters and Managers to identify top candidates and specifically qualify candidates for client openings, target skill sets, key market segments, and anticipate client staffing needs Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment Learn how to maintain relationships within the industry to provide awesome customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals Assist new employees with onboarding paperwork Perform other duties as requestedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER:
Must be working towards a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business) A desire to build relationships with universities and candidates and to stay abreast of the latest sourcing techniques Prior experience in a Recruiting, Human Resources or Customer Service field Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR CORPORATE RECRUITER: Planning/Problem-solving skills – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Sales/Marketing skills Administrative/Organizational skills A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character Oral communication skills – speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Interpersonal skills – maintains confidentiality, remains open to ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things Written communication skills – edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information #J-18808-Ljbffr EPITECVacancy posted 2 days ago
