Victor's Caf is a long-standing, family-owned Cuban restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, known for classic Cuban cuisine, live music, and a fast-paced, professional kitchen. We're looking for a reliable Line Cook who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a consistent, well-run team.
Responsibilities
- Execute menu items accurately and consistently
- Work clean, organized, and efficiently during service
- Support prep, station setup, and breakdown
- Follow recipes, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with the chef and team during service
- Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a busy kitchen
Qualifications
- Line cook or strong prep experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and coachable
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- NYC kitchen experience preferred
Please come by Tuesday through Friday after 3:00 PM and ask to speak with the Chef. Bring your resume and be prepared to discuss your experience.
