Dental receptionist / admin

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate hygiene appointments and ensure the hygiene schedule is fully booked.
- Handle patient check-in/check-out processes, including collecting payments and verifying insurance information.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with answering phones, responding to emails, and addressing patient inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.

full-time $15 - $18 per hour

Monday, Thursday , Friday - 8am -5 pm , Tuesday 10-7 , Wednesday - off

AT LEAST 1-2 years of dental experience is required - we need someone who does not need a ton of direction to get started!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dental office software and general computer skills.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a love for helping people.
