Our salon is entering a new chapter under fresh ownership, and we're looking for a Salon Manager who can lead with confidence, clarity, and strong people skills. If you're motivated and ready to guide a high-performing team, this role is a great fit. You'll oversee daily operations, coach stylists, and build a culture centered on teamwork, steady walk-ins, and a fast, rewarding pace. Earn $25-$35/hour with tips and commissions, plus flexible scheduling, real work-life balance, and ongoing leadership development.
