Right at Home specializes in in-home senior care. We provide caregivers who help clients with companion and personal care, helping them age in place. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who has excellent communication skills and a great work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Spearheads recruitment and retention plans, including interviewing, hiring, orienting and onboarding caregivers
• Schedules caregiver shifts, focusing on the best caregiver and client match
• Resolves scheduling issues, including finding coverage for call-offs
• Maintains compliance with all laws and company policies
• Other general office and clerical functions assigned by the owners
• Problem solves and operates independently in a professional manner

Qualifications and Skills

• High school graduate (additional education preferred)
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
• 5-10 years of healthcare human resources (HR) and scheduling experience preferred
• Experience with WellSky, Apploi or similar software preferred
• Excellent and prompt interpersonal communication skills and energy
• Adaptable and able to multitask in a high-functioning office environment
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Possess or obtain a valid TB test and CPR certification
