Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both the virtual and community settings, providing assessment, intervention, and therapy for individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to develop customized care strategies that respect the individual needs of clients.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans while ensuring access to essential linked services, maintaining open lines of communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
