About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of FP&A to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, as well as partnering with executives to provide financial insights, conduct scenario analysis, and support capital allocation decisions. This leadership position also involves overseeing management reporting, supporting investor relations, and driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and data integrity. The VP of FP&A will be expected to lead, develop, and grow the FP&A team, and must have a strong background in financial modeling, particularly in complex environments. Applicants for the VP of FP&A role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in finance, with at least 10 years in FP&A leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive business partnering, decision support, and M&A activities. Proficiency in ERP and planning systems is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and manage competing priorities. The role demands a strategic finance leader who can thrive in a high-growth environment and is adept at driving financial excellence and innovation.
