Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking support for substance use disorders to accurately determine treatment needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans which encompass evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster engagement and encourage positive change.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and addiction specialists to provide round-the-clock care, which includes crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery strategies, and available community resources to amplify their support networks.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all therapeutic processes.

The primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also present with co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
