Responsibilities The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the clinical practice on a day-to-day basis. They train and instruct new administrative staff members, maintain adequate levels of administrative and clinical supplies, demonstrate excellent customer service while interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals, and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure that all revenue is captured and all business processes are completed daily. Requirements Education and Work Experience: Must possess a high school diploma or GED Three to five years of medical office experience preferred Experience with Medical Terminology useful; some supervisory experience Salary USD $29.45 per hour – USD $48.59 per hour.
