Job Summary

We are seeking a Remote Patient Engagement Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This telephonic patient engagement role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys high-volume outreach, meaningful healthcare conversations, and helping patients connect with valuable clinical services.

In this role, you will contact potential program participants, explain available healthcare services in a clear and personable way, answer questions, overcome objections, and schedule initial in-home clinical assessments with the appropriate care team. Key Responsibilities

- Perform outbound outreach calls to potential patients identified for healthcare program participation.
- Educate patients on available services and explain the value of scheduling an initial clinical assessment.
- Build rapport quickly, address questions, and professionally overcome objections to participation.
- Schedule initial visits on clinician calendars with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
- Use multiple software platforms to document activity, manage communication, and support scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 per hour.
- Remote (Prefer candidates to live in the following states: TN, KY, AL, AR & MS
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday rotation.
- Assigned work hours will be discussed with the direct manager.
- Performance-based bonus incentive opportunity.
