We provide patient care in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Alameda Counties and Salona County.What you'll do as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Hospice:Assisting patients with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingAdministering medication and monitoring vital signs as directed by the hospice nurseProviding light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up patient areasProviding companionship and emotional support to patients and their familiesObserving and reporting changes in patients' health status to the hospice nurseWhy you should come work for us a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Hospice:Flexible work schedules: Create your own schedule and hoursTargeted territories.Autonomy: No clocking in/outOpportunity for advancement.
