What You'll Do

As a Family Therapist, you'll provide in-home and community-based behavioral health services designed to help children and families achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy services
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen family relationships
• Supporting family preservation and reunification efforts when appropriate
• Collaborating with schools, probation departments, case managers, physicians, and other community partners
• Completing timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Participating in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities
• Traveling within assigned service areas (typically 2 to 3 counties) to meet with clients in their homes and communities
• Working some evening hours and occasional weekends based on family availability and client needs

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

• Master's degree and current Indiana license in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent

OR

• Master's degree and temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
  • LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, or equivalent

OR

• Master's degree in a related human services field with at least 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services discipline

Additional requirements:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping children and families create meaningful and lasting change

 

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Evening and weekend availability will be required to meet client needs

Compensation

Annual earnings potential: $47,028 to $71,000+

Compensation is based on education, experience, licensure status, productivity, and bonus earnings.

Base Salary by Credential

• LCSW / LMHC / LMFT: Starting at $58,000+
• LSW / LMHC-A / LMFT-A: Starting at $52,500+
• Master's-Level Clinicians: Starting at $47,028+

Important: The higher end of the earnings range reflects additional compensation opportunities, including earned productivity bonuses and other incentive pay. Our uncapped monthly bonus program allows many therapists to increase their annual earnings above their base salary.
