Salary: $45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $77k+) + Company Car Benefits: Holidays, PTO, Laptop, iPad, Cell, Company Car + Gas Job Type: Full-Time | Mix of field/office Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Travel: Local, within 50 miles of Walden, NY in company car; Home every day (no overnights) Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Our client in the home improvement services industry is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant / Estimator to meet with residential customers, provide accurate job estimates, and close projects near Walden, NY. You’ll work from a steady stream of 90% warm, company-generated leads – no cold calling, no door-to-door. Your job is simple: schedule meetings with customers, show up, estimate the project, and follow up to win the business. The time from estimate to signed agreement is about two weeks. Consistent follow-up is key to securing the business with tools to support this effort.
