Strategic HR Business Partner: Talent, Change & Culture

Living Spaces

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) in California to consult leadership across retail, manufacturing, guest services, and distribution. You will provide HR guidance, act as a change agent, and partner with teams on policy interpretation and workforce planning. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in HR, strong employment-law knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
