What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on honesty and trust.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for fellow technicians.
• Help establish service standards and best practices.
• Work alongside ownership to continue building one of Southeast Michigan’s premier residential HVAC companies.
• Build long-term customer relationships—not just close another service ticket.

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
