About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Customer Experience Strategy to lead the definition and advancement of its enterprise-wide digital customer experience vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and addressing friction, gaps, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on creating a unified ecosystem for customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of customer workflows, digital product ecosystems, and business transformation, and success will be measured by the simplification of customer journeys, increased digital adoption, and improved operational efficiency. The VP will work across various functions to define future-state customer experiences and guide investments that enhance customer outcomes and drive growth. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree or equivalent leadership experience preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership in digital experience, digital transformation, or related areas. The role demands a leader who is exceptionally customer-obsessed, strategically minded, and capable of influencing executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, able to translate customer insight into business growth, and a champion of user-centered design principles. Experience in digital transformation, platform strategies, and customer journey design is essential, as is the ability to drive a unified experience strategy and ensure that digital initiatives support growth, adoption, and competitive differentiation.
