Schedule: Monday – Friday
? Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests
Receive, sort, open, and distribute incoming mail
Make bank, post office, and other business runs/errands as needed
Update and maintain company check spreadsheets and records
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Maintain organization of common office areas
Maintain organized Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) files
Assist with new customer credit applications
Process customer and vendor invoices , including preparing, entering, reviewing, and submitting invoices
Provide backup support for billing and other accounting functions
Assist the accounting team with additional administrative/accounting duties as assigned
