Production Lead - Lean & Quality Improvement

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production Department in Statesville, NC. You will ensure day-to-day execution, safety, quality, and on-time deliveries while coaching shifts and driving continuous improvement. You will mentor Associates, manage scheduling to meet production and shipment goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
