Work full time in a supportive educational environment and help students achieve their communication goals. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (required)
• Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as those with ASHA certification (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Strong desire to work with K-12 students who have a wide range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, assessments, and contribute to IEP documentation
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate service records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
