Position Overview We’re RPA – an independent advertising agency based in Santa Monica, California. We are looking for temporary junior copywriters to work on actual client projects and are considered for full‑time entry‑level staff positions in the creative department. Location and Schedule Remote or onsite in our Santa Monica, CA office. Full‑time schedule: 9am – 5pm PST, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities Develop copy for client projects across various channels. Collaborate with the creative team to produce ideas that put “People First.” Qualifications Junior or entry‑level copywriting experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting skills (mandatory). Ability to work full‑time, 9am – 5pm PST, Monday–Friday.
