What you’ll do As a Business Development Representative at Guidewheel you will be primarily responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and driving revenue through outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels. Partnering with marketing, sales, customer success and revenue operations teams to source new business and fuel growth. Powering Guidewheel’s outbound engine through strategic decision‑making, speaking to value and managing a growing volume of accounts in a fast‑paced environment. Being the first point of contact for customers, serving on the front‑lines for the Go‑to‑Market engine and acting as an advocate during scale. Tracking and running experiments to continuously improve the conversion funnel. Asking targeted and thoughtful questions to reveal value, qualify customer needs and overcome objections. Using technology to manage a high volume of prospects and make data‑driven decisions for time prioritization. Partnering directly with experienced Account Executives by shadowing meetings, following the sales process and sharing recognition. Who we want 1+ year of cold calling or comparable experience with a proven record of over‑delivering on goals. Thrives in a competitive, goal‑oriented environment and consistently exceeds expectations. Enjoys dynamic sales environments and is comfortable interacting with customers daily. Excited by building, comfortable with uncertainty, and motivated to compete in a high‑energy team. Creative, results‑driven and undeterred by rejection. Coachable, open to feedback, and collaborative with peers and leadership. Familiar with outbound engine tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, G‑Suite and others.
