Schedule: Nights Shift 12*3 36hours/week

• Unit: 10-bed Rapid Admission Unit

• Ratio: 5:1

• Patient Population: General medical & surgical patients awaiting surgery

• Experience: 2+ years in specialty

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required

• Work Style: Clear communication and ability to work independently

• Unit Pace: Rapid patient turnover compared with standard Med/Surg
