The ideal recruiter has outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enjoys making calls, and is unafraid of managing resistance. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of permanent recruiting experience with physicians in an agency setting. Job Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and match candidates to physician positions within hospital systems and private practices. Generate and manage a pool of potential candidates for open requisitions. Evaluate candidates' knowledge and skills against client requirements. Utilize online platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to develop candidate pools. Minimal travel may be required.
