This opportunity is ideal for a provider with strong experience in implant placement and full-arch / All-on-X procedures who is looking for a financially rewarding role in a streamlined, patient-centered environment. • $250,000 base salary plus 20% of collections

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treatment plan patients requiring implant placement and full-arch restorative solutions
• Perform surgical implant placement and All-on-X procedures
• Collaborate with restorative providers and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care
• Utilize diagnostic imaging and digital workflows to support treatment planning and execution
• Educate patients on treatment options, surgical expectations, and post-operative care
• Maintain high clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and efficient surgical scheduling

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated experience in implant placement and full-arch rehabilitation procedures
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused clinical approach
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-production surgical environment
