Overview Facility: Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation Location: Live Oak, FL Position: Business Office Manager Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually Join Our Team as a Business Office Manager! Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled, organized, and motivated Business Office Manager to lead our administrative and financial operations. In this key role, you will help ensure efficient workflows, strong communication across departments, and exceptional service for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities Serve as a central communication hub between the Administrator’s office and all departments Provide administrative support across the facility Schedule meetings and coordinate with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payors Act as a liaison between residents, families, and outside agencies Oversee reception functions and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment Support financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination Assist Human Resources with onboarding, payroll updates, and employee documentation Coordinate workers’ compensation, FMLA, and disability processes Perform weekly errands such as bank and post office runs Complete additional administrative and operational projects as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office Strong understanding of financial reports and the ability to analyze and act on data Proficiency with office software, computer systems, and standard office equipment Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Benefits Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Recognition Program Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment Company Perks and Employee Discounts Apply Today If you’re a dedicated professional ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
