Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

Winslow CSAP is intended to work with behavioral clients. Duties include but not limited to: Document client observations and behaviors. Provide role modeling to adolescent population. Teach and interact with clients. Provide recreation and promote socialization skills. Promote socialization skills. Observation and documentation of success along with identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment team. Carrying out expected interventions. Keep accurate and timely records. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license. H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor’s degree with one year experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. High school diploma requires 1 year or more experience working with youth in a group or behavioral setting. Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Part time or On-Call shifts.
