Senior Staff Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements and ensure their accuracy and completeness. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Perform detailed account reconciliations for general ledger accounts and ensure all discrepancies are resolved. Assist with the preparation of tax filings and work with external auditors during audits. Review and maintain fixed asset schedules and ensure proper capitalization and depreciation. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles (GAAP), and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations and increase efficiency. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent preferred. Three years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, practices and procedures. Demonstrated skills in preparing forecasts, controlling costs and maximizing. Prior work experience in a plant environment is preferred. MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills required. Strong analytical and process management skills. Bilingual Chinese/English required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. #J-18808-Ljbffr
