Bilingual Customer Service

 

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with enthusiasm.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure up-to-date client information.
• Support client services by coordinating customer requirements, processing orders, and managing account details efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs fully and deliver tailored solutions.

 

 

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.
• Exceptional experience in data entry, analysis skills, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques.

 

 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional service.
