JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for generating insights and root-cause analyses. This role also builds and maintainsdashboards and provider-facing reports to inform decision-making. Work is performed using SQL Server,ADF/Databricks, Power BI modeling reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, informatics, management of information systems, data science,business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field (Required)
• One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year ofrelevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
• Less Than 2 Years of Experience in healthcare technology, analytics, software development, or datamanagement (Required)
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and using BI/ETL tools to extract, transform, and modeldata for analysis.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to present key metricsand trends.
• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical data sources, including medical terminology and valuesets, to derive and interpret measures (numerator/denominator/exclusions).
• Ability to perform data validation and quality assurance to reconcile discrepancies between source systemsand reports.
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and minimum necessaryprinciples, to protect patient information.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and apply improvement methods (e.g., run charts, PDSA) to identifyperformance drivers and recommend interventions.
• Ability to understand clinical workflows and operational processes to contextualize data and identifydocumentation or process gaps.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, documentdecisions, and drive consensus.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings through concise written updates and presentations that tell a cleardata-driven story.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and sound judgment while handling sensitiveand confidential information responsibly.

Salary Range: Minimum $33.91/hour - Maximum $59.36/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
