Senior Project Civil EngineerGeo-Logic Associates (GLA) is a privately-held, multidisciplinary, geologic, geotechnical, hydrogeologic, civil, and environmental consulting firm. Our highly experienced professionals manage projects through 30 US office locations and an office in Peru. The firm was established in 1991 and has experienced sustained growth since then. GLA is currently seeking an experienced full-time Senior Project Civil Engineer to support civil/site infrastructure, solid waste, mining, and environmental remediation projects. Projects focus on solid waste facilities and may also include general civil engineering design, stormwater hydrologic and hydraulic design, geotechnical design, and mining facilities. Projects typically also include significant regulatory compliance components.Required Qualifications:Bachelors of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related fieldCalifornia PE license preferred5-10 years of previous work experience in solid waste management, site/civil, and stormwater designProject management, client management, proposal writing, oral, and written communication skills beneficialCapability to work well individually and in groups/teamsPreferred Qualifications:Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, HydroCAD, and other related civil engineering software applicationsExisting established client relationships a plusOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certifiedAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeCandidate Must:Be eligible to work in the United StatesPossess a valid driver's licensePass a pre-employment physical and drug screenPay range: $73,486 – $120,249, commensurate with experienceGLA offers a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, vacation leave, sick leave and profit sharing.
