Senior AI/ML Architect – Customer-Facing, Strategic Role

We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Architect to serve as a customer-anchoring, consultative leader. This role combines deep architectural expertise with strong commercial and stakeholder-shaping capability.

The architect will co-create the current-to-future state data, analytics, and AI vision, anchor senior customer conversations, and directly enable downstream solutioning and delivery opportunities for Wipro. This is not a pure design role—it requires ownership of the narrative, influence, and commercial outcomes.

Anchor and lead customer discussions with IT and Business teams.

Understand, document, and rationalize the current-state data and analytics landscape.

Co-create a future-state / target architecture covering:

• Unified data foundation
• Data integration layer
• Analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• AI-enabled insights and communication

Address core LPF (Large Product Fulfilment) challenges:

• Lack of end-to-end visibility across product fulfilment lifecycle
• Data silos and failed prior “lighthouse” approaches

Shape AI-enabled use cases (forecasting, decision intelligence, communication).

Translate architecture into sized, phased delivery opportunities.

Partner with sales and delivery teams to ensure downstream revenue capture.

Serve as a long-term embedded advisor, providing continuity across change.

12–18+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform architecture roles.

8+ years in customer-facing / consultative engagements.

Proven experience shaping enterprise-scale data and analytics transformations.

Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and anchoring solution conversations.

Strong current-state to target-state architecture design capability.

Deep understanding of:

• Data engineering and integration
• Analytics and reporting platforms
• AI / advanced analytics concepts

Commercial mindset—comfortable owning solution visioning, sizing, and positioning.

Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.

Retail, supply chain, or fulfilment analytics experience.

Exposure to forecasting and planning platforms (e.g., o9, Relex).

Experience operating in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments.

Directly impacts Customer’s data and analytics strategy.

Critical to prevent architecture-only handoff and ensure Wipro captures downstream delivery.
