Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client to identify a Direct Hire Staff Accountant . This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to join a dynamic organization and contribute to its continued growth. The Staff Accountant will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting, reconciliations, payroll, compliance, and tax-related activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
  
• Support payroll processing and related reconciliations
  
• Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements
  
• Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  
• Help prepare financial reports and audit documentation
  
• Maintain organized financial records and follow internal controls
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
  
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  

Preferred

• Payroll processing experience
  
• Tax compliance or reporting experience
  
• Exposure to multiple areas of accounting and financial operations
  

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
