UI React/Redux Developer

Job Responsibilities Proven production experience on customer-facing, large-scale applications (not small one-off tools). Prefer candidates with production experience on large-scale, customer-facing applications at known companies rather than small internal tools. Strong CS fundamentals and architecture (SOLID, scalability, maintainability). Solid experience with state management and front-end tooling. Evaluate code quality, real-world impact, and ability to scale. Avoid underqualified people who introduce long-term maintenance problems.
