Full Time Er Registered Nurse

Full Time ER Registered Nurse near Gallup, NM. Provides rapid, high-quality care to patients with urgent, emergent, and life-threatening conditions. Requires critical thinking, fast-paced work, and patient-centered emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department.
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders.
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Preferred Skills:

TNCC certification
