The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Peer Specialist to mentor clients in recovery and help navigate integrated services, including healthcare and housing. You will work with internal teams and community partners to promote empowerment through lived experience. Responsibilities include mentoring, counseling, coordinating transport, and maintaining accurate documentation in EHR systems.
