Become a vital part of our dynamic team at the Bridge Clinic in Dover, DE, where your expertise will ensure the smooth management of our daily operations. You will lead a dedicated team of social workers, peers, and administrative staff, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care services. Collaborate with the Department of Health and Social Services Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health to foster a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements:

Master's Degree
Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
Clinical License/Certification

Preferences:

Experience in managing clinical operations
Strong leadership and communication skills

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a focus on first shift hours. The work location is on-site at our Dover, DE facility.
