Location: Chicago IL Duration: Contract
Essential Functions:
This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.
Looking for BA with waterfall experience and specifically for an HR project. Perhaps look for profiles with actual experience in HR projects.
Required:
8+ years' experience in business analysis discipline
Proven experience in requirements elicitation for a variety of projects and from various levels and business functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in creating business and functional requirements.
Experienced in writing user stories.
Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile solution development methodologies.
Ability to articulate tech jargon and translate tech concepts to business sponsors.
Needed:
Microsoft Project
Proficiency with Visio diagrams and decision trees
Experience with SQL
Microsoft Office
Microsoft Outlook
Waterfall
Microsoft Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS
JIRA
Document Management System (DMS)
