Program Manager (PMO / Delivery Execution)

Speria currently runs concurrent global software and implementation initiatives. This role exists to own program‑level execution, drive cross‑functional accountability and create delivery predictability laying the groundwork for a future PMO function. We are hiring a Program Manager to bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a highly complex, fast‑moving environment spanning Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support. This is a build, fix, and scale role — not a maintenance PMO position.
