Through Seco SOLVA, we help manufacturers optimize their entire production process by delivering end-to-end manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness.What Makes Someone Successful in This Role• Experience developing manufacturing processes from concept through production launch• Advanced CAD/CAM programming expertise, including multi-axis machining environments• Hands-on machining and manufacturing expertise• Ability to identify production challenges and engineer practical solutions• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with customersPosition SummaryAs a Project Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for manufacturing improvement, industrialization, and process optimization projects. You will develop machining strategies, design manufacturing processes, program and validate CAD/CAM solutions, and deliver production-ready solutions that create measurable customer value.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Process Development, CAD/CAM Programming, Technical Engineering, Project Leadership, Customer Engagement, Data Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Safety Compliance.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience.
