Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager Location: Birmingham, AL Job Id: 299 # of Openings: 0 Position: Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager, a full‑time role based in Birmingham, AL. Reporting to the Regional VP of Operations, the manager supervises account managers and maintenance teams, directs scheduling and performance, monitors revenue, production, and costs, and actively engages with customers to ensure satisfaction. The core functions include rebuilding and maintaining relationships, demand management, fleet and equipment oversight, and personnel management. Salary is base with performance bonus, plus company vehicle and cell phone, with relocation assistance. Responsibilities Operational and financial success of the maintenance department and branch location Monitor scheduling, manpower, and material needs for completed services Financial reporting weekly, assist with annual budget Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements Daily team meetings and weekly formal check‑ins to address customer and employee needs Collaborate with Business Development on new sales, schedule work, assign account managers, and coordinate transitions with Sales and Operations Review fleet and equipment needs daily and new equipment/material advances Handle customer service issues and participate in renewal activities Personnel activities: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching, and employee relations Qualifications 5+ years of team management experience, preferably in landscaping or related industry Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and connect with diverse employee base Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Highly organized, multitask and handle changing priorities Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable using computers and technology; ASPIRE experience preferred Share in company values and demonstrate them in the field Benefits Full‑time employment with competitive wages and benefits: weekly payroll, paid time off, holiday pay, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match.
