Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdales and Babylist. Role Description We are looking for a Director of Product Innovation to oversee and drive the development of new products, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, refining product strategies, managing product lifecycle, leading project execution, and championing a culture of creativity and innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities Proven experience with Product Strategy and Product Management, including the development and execution of product roadmaps. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling consumer-facing product ideas and claims. Expertise in Project Management, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communicator who can transform insights into clear positioning and product concepts. Comfortable collaborating with scientific experts and solving complex challenges. Committed to transparency, traceability, and product quality.
