Our growing marketing and sales team at Liberty Marketing is seeking an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our expanding organization in the Harrisburg, PA area. We partner with leading national brands to connect their products and services with customers through direct, face-to-face engagement, retail promotions, live events, and interactive marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally while engaging directly with customers and building strong relationships.
• Educate customers on products and services, answer questions, and support promotional initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns through direct engagement.
• Assist with campaign coordination, daily operations, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop sales, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills while taking on increased responsibilities as you grow.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a confident, people-first approach
