Deputy Commissioner, Administrative Operations & Staffing

Department of Correction

The New York City Department of Correction is seeking a Deputy Commissioner of Administration, responsible for overseeing staffing and management of uniformed personnel. Key duties include establishing a Roster Management Unit, developing policies for staff leave, and enhancing accountability in facility-based operations. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree with relevant experience in a managerial capacity.
