Sr. Recruiter - Finance & Accounting

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Recruiter with expertise in Finance and Accounting talent acquisition to join a growing company in Irvine, CA, on a long-term contract basis.

Schedule: HYBRID: 1 day a month in office, rest of time WFH

Pay: $60/ hour

Long-Term Contract Opportunity, 1099

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Handle 15- 30 open recs at a time.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify, engage, and attract top talent across multiple functional areas.
• Create and present offer packages, negotiate compensation, and successfully close candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JazzHR.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting efforts across Finance & Accounting, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Functions, and other professional-level positions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably JazzHR.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
